Valerie, Your departments are missing their rubrics. Give your images some scale change they look like postage stams sprinkled on the page. You need some sort of subhead and a by-line after the headline so that we know what that dept is about and who actually wrote it. You also need to figure out a hierarchy between those elements... good. a.
